Bouquet

 

Bouquet is a “Pale” Ale belonging to BJCP category 10A. It deviates slightly from the style in order to bridge the gap between hoppier American IPAs and maltier brown ales. It was originally brewed with wedding-goers in mind, and so is relatively low in alcohol content and lacking overly-dominant flavors. Given its origins, it aims more for mass appeal than an established flavor profile. It is mildly bitter, with a medium body, a slight dry, roasted character, and shots of floral hops.
